HOW TO ENTER

The entry fee is £385 per person, this includes entry to play on all 3 courses, with entry into all the competitions and any prizes.  We will also be hosting a free drinks reception at the Thornton Hall Hotel that you are welcome to attend.  All hire trolleys/buggies must be booked and paid for directly with the Professionsal shop.  All food and beverage purchased at the golf courses must be settled personaly.  We also offer a heavily subsidised package deal with the 4* Thornton Hall Hotel @£145 (£530pp total inc golf),  including 2 nights accommodation, B&B, and access to the Spa.  This is based on 2 people sharing a room.  The single rate at Thornton Hall is £135 pp per night.  These rates are for 13th and 14th September.  This price is just over half the cost if you were booking these courses and hotel on your own.  All green fees and prizes are included. Details of the hotel can be found at the bottom of this page.

If any box is left empty a small red asterix will appear next to it, please ensure that you say YES or NO to the hotel. The submit button will not work until all the information has been entered.  Please note your entry form will be acknowledged asap during working hours.

We will require a £25pp non refundable reservation fee at the time of booking.  We will send you an invoice once we receive your completed form. full payment will be due March 31st 2026

Please note: cancellations made by 1st May 2026 will be given a full refund; by 31 July 2026 will be given a 50% refund; and after this date no refund can be given.  All refunds will be less the £25pp reservation fee.
