Driving into the Wind with Glenmuir
It is extremely important, more than anything when you are driving into the wind, to hit the ball as smoothly as you can and therefore imparting a little bit less back spin. That is the key for me – to hit is softer rather than the temptation to go slightly hard at it. So, tee up the ball normally, give it a brush off the tee and keep your balance and rhythm as best as you can.
